- Navy Blue Shirt with Red & White Striped Collar & Sleeve Trim (flag on sleeve optional)
- Charcoal Gray Pants
- Black Socks
- Solid Black Shoes
- Navy Blue/Black Hat with NCHSAA Logo
- Navy Blue Jacket with Trim
- Indicator; Pencil / Info. Card
- Mask; Protector; Leg Guards; Ball Bag; Plate Brush (for work behind the plate)
