Southwestern Officials Association (SOA), is the premier agency in Western North Carolina, dedicated to providing current and prospective members with the highest standards of officiating in both football and basketball!

The SOA has been serving schools and organizations in the area for over 2 decades, providing officials for the varsity, junior varsity, middle & elementary, as well as youth league levels! We also strive to foster a better understanding with players, coaches, organizations and community, of the important role officials play in organized sports.
